Meeting in the morning we will set off warming up the legs , with a bit of distance to cover first as we take the Land Rover track in walking along side the allt Cuaich. With a high level start point for this hike the ascent is minimal for a Munro, so we have lots of time to practice our skills as we go.
As we start to ascend to the summit we will cover techniques on steeper ground with a chance to work on your movement and skills over the snowpack.
After a good break on the summit we will retrace our steps the way we came, again working on further skills and techniques on descent to build further confidence.
