We will meet in the morning and start our walk in with a short distance before we start to ascend the shoulder of Geal Charn. A short ascent to reach the plateau and onto our first summit.
We will be brushing up and refreshing skills based on the snow conditions. Continuing on we descend to the bealach and reascend once more, towards A’ mharconaich. Our second munro of the day. A steeper ascent for this one but once we reach the plateau it’s just distance to cover to reach the summit.
Depending on conditions we will either retrace our steps back to the bealach and take the Land Rover track out or drop down off the shoulder to catch the Land Rover path further down.
You must supply your own B2 Winter boots for this event, you can hire these from the likes of Tiso.
